Daylong: Mindfulness at Work– Clarity, Compassion, and Communication
Saturday, April 8, 2017, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at UCLA
Can mindfulness help us be more productive at work and happier at home? This question is relevant here in the United States, a country with longer work hours than any other major economy in the world.
In this daylong retreat we’ll help you clarify your vision of the “what” and the “how” of work; show you how compassion can support and deepen your connection with yourself and your colleagues; and teach you principles and practices for peaceful communication on the job.
Mitra Manesh brings 31 years of mindfulness practice and 27 years of corporate training/executive coaching to create a retreat full of heart and mind-based techniques to promote a more productive, nourishing and balanced work life and work site.
Prior mindfulness or meditation experience is not necessary. Please bring your open mind & heart, a healthy lunch, and tools to take notes.
